All estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change.
Final pricing may vary if additional work is requested or required.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice and must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage, project delays, or additional fees as permitted by law.
Property Access & Site Conditions
By engaging Xperience, you grant permission for our crews, equipment, and subcontractors to access your property as reasonably necessary to perform the work.
You are responsible for identifying underground utilities, irrigation lines, electrical wiring, drainage systems, or other concealed conditions not clearly visible.
Xperience is not responsible for damage to unknown or unmarked underground items unless required by law.
Plant & Material Disclaimer
Living materials such as plants, sod, trees, and grass are subject to natural conditions beyond our control, including weather, soil quality, irrigation practices, pests, and ongoing maintenance.
While we source high-quality materials, Xperience does not guarantee the long-term survival of living plant material unless a written warranty is explicitly provided.
Natural variations in color, texture, and growth are normal and do not constitute defects.
Warranties & Maintenance
Any warranties provided by Xperience will be outlined in writing and apply only under normal use and proper maintenance.
Damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper watering, extreme weather, pets, or third parties is not covered.
Routine maintenance after project completion is the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xperience shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or landscaping services.
Xperience’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Services & Links
Xperience may work with third-party suppliers or subcontractors and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

Indemnification
